Physical Education Grants to be awarded:
$1000 Grant to the Overall Top Participating Team

$750 Grant to the Top Participting Elementary School
$750 Grant to the Top Participting Middle School

$750 Grant to the Top Participting High School

Fastest School Race Team Grants
Does your school have the fastest track/running club team?
Physical Education Grants to be awarded:
$500 Grant to the Fastest Track/Running Club Team from a Middle School
$500 Grant to the Fastest Track/Running Club Team from a High School

Rules and Regulations:
1. Members of teams competing for a grant must be a registered participant of the Heroes 5K Event.
2. Track/Running club teams will consist of members of a track team or a running club from a PBC public Middle or High School.
3. Track/Running club teams must consisit of three members (to include one female).
4. Multiple teams per school can register to compete for any grant award, and are encouraged. However, students may register to participate on one track/running club team.

Race results as posted by Accuchip Timing will be used to determine average speed of race team.
These times are official and final. 

Grant award and check presentation will take place at a scheduled date after the event at the winning school.
